Condition: These phones are not functioning and are sold in AS-IS condition for parts/repair only with no warranty and no guarantee of functionality. The phone may have a cracked LCD, water damage, bad ESN, power problems or other issues, and may have signs of significant wear such as moderate to heavy scratches to the case and screen, chipping or fading of the paint on the phone, or other cosmetic defects.
This auction is for a lot of 9 Verizon LG VX8300 cell phones. The phones are defective and are sold in AS-IS condition with various problems as described above. Most of them have LCDs that are not visibly damaged. Also included are about 5 VX8300 phones (not pictured) that have had major parts removed, such as LCDs and front covers, and they are in pieces but may still have some parts that are usable for repairing the others. Batteries and battery covers are not guaranteed. Returns are not accepted on this auction.

Q. How do I pay for an item I have purchased from MobilePC?
A. Upon the close of an auction you will be notified by eBay via e-mail that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact MobilePC to arrange payment. We will automatically send you an e-mail within three hours of auction close. Our message will contain a link to our simple and secure checkout process where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase with your credit card or Paypal account. Even a better way is to click on the eBay PAY NOW button found at the top of your auction listing or the continue button on the eBay checkout page. This button will take you to our secure checkout page where you can pay by AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover Card via your Paypal account. Q. How long do I have to pay for an item?
A. You will have three days from the close of the auction to pay for your item. You can expect your "Invitation to Checkout" e-mail within three hours of the auction close. Sorry, but after three days, we will have to resell your item to the next interested buyer, so please check your e-mail as soon as you can after the auction close.
Q. What credit cards does MobilePC accept?
A. MobilePC gladly accepts VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards via Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account, we accept Visa and Mastercard entered directly into our checkout system.
Q. Can I get a printed receipt for my credit card payment?
A. Yes. After the completion of our convenient checkout process, you can print the order confirmation screen that will contain all pertinent credit card charge information. MobilePC also sends this same information to you automatically, via e-mail.
Q. When is my credit card charged?
A. Your credit card is charged immediately upon completion of the checkout process. Sophisticated systems are set up to immediately send your order to our shipping department, to be shipped out within one to two business days.
Q. What do you consider my billing address?
A. Your billing address is the same address information on file with your credit card company. When entering this information during the checkout process it is important that you enter this information exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If the information is not accurate, your card may be declined.
Q. What if my credit card is declined?
A. If there is a problem processing your card for any reason you will be notified immediately during the checkout process. Depending on the nature of the problem you may be prompted to try a different card or try again later.
Q. I purchased a few items from you during the same timeframe. Can you ship them together?
A. Sorry, but at this time we are unable to accommodate this request. We have multiple processing facilities and items may be shipped from different locations. Unfortunately, this means that we must ship items individually.
Q. How do you calculate shipping costs?
A. Our shipping and handling charges for items sold on our auctions are combined to ensure the lowest possible fee to the buyer. Most of the cost you are noticing actually comes from the expense of high quality packing, advanced audit testing, and rigorous quality control.

A. By law we are required to collect sales tax for items shipped to addresses in California. Currently, we collect 7.75% of the final auction price.

A. We professionally package our products to ensure that they reach you in the best condition. If your product is damaged, please save all packaging and email support@mobilepc.com We will respond to your claim on the following business day to resolve the matter.
Q. Can I have an item delivered to a P.O. Box?
A. Sorry, but we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
Q. I live outside of the U.S. What about international shipping?
A. Sorry, we are unable to ship to addresses outside the 50 USA states at this time.
Q. Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses? Can I ship to American military personnel?
A. Sorry, we are unable to ship to APO or FPO addresses at this time.
Q. Can I have a package delivered without a signature requirement?
A. You may have a package delivered without a signature requirement. However, some carriers will not leave packages at certain residences due to their own security and delivery guidelines. In these cases, the driver will leave a "call tag" with a number you can call to reschedule delivery. We recommend shipping to a location where someone can accept and sign for your package.
Q. What are your shipping options?
A. For most of our auctions, we provide three shipping options to meet your needs. During Checkout, you can select FedEx Ground, FedEx 2-Day, and FedEx Overnight.
Q. Is the information you collect secure?
A. We want our customers to feel secure when ordering merchandise over the Internet and paying through our checkout service. We utilize a technology called Secure Socket Layer (SSL), which creates a "secured" shopping mode to encrypt all sensitive information before it's sent over the Internet.
Q. What does 'Refurbished' really mean?
A. The quality Refurbished products you'll find at MobilePC come to us for a variety of reasons. Some are discontinued products in perfect working condition, others are excess new products - surplus units that are still new. We also sell demo units, products with cosmetic blemishes, duplicate orders, canceled orders and systems that have been returned because they didn't meet a customer's specific needs.
