viii. If the package is lost or damage during the delivery time, a claim could only be proceed after the proof of documents for confirming the postal lost or damage which is received from the post office.
ix. Buyer need to pay the shipping and handling fee for re-shipped items caused by item returned for incorrect shipping address or buyer return the non-defected item for misunderstanding.
x. We reserve the rights to refuse the order for the buyers having zero, negative or hidden feedback and all non-registered buyers which is reported from eBay.
